Officer (a) as an owner or occupier of land, to make an Infrastructure Act
agreement with the relevant person with regards to the 1994
amount of compensation; or
(b) as an authorised investigator, to make an
agreement with owner or occupier of the land with regards to
the amount of compensation.
Chief Power, as an owner or occupier of land, to agree to agree to Section 164(2)(b)
Executive Transport
entry by a person to carry out railway works or
Officer Infrastructure Act
accommodation works.
