SUBJECT
Chief Power, as an owner or occupier of land, to undertake the Section 476C(2)
Executive Transport
following concerning the entry onto Council land pursuant to
Officer Infrastructure Act
section 476B(7):-
1994
(a) claim compensation for loss or damage caused by
the entry on Council land; or
(b) claim compensation for the taking or use of
materials; or
(c) require the chief executive to carry out works in
restitution for the damage; or
(d) require the chief executive to carry out works in
restitution for the damage and then claim compensation for
any loss or damage not restituted.
