Executive chief executive to transfer the vehicle’s registration to the Operations (Road Use
Officer acquirer and pay the relevant fees. Management—

Chief Power, a disposer of a registered vehicle, to:- Section 44 Transport
Executive (a) apply to the chief executive to transfer the vehicle’s Operations (Road Use
Officer registration to the acquirer of the vehicle; or Management—
Vehicle Registration)
(b) give the chief executive a disposal notice

Executive circumstances set out in subsection 45(1), to give a statement to Transport Operations
Officer the chief executive to the effect that the acquirer can not state (Road Use
the full name and address, or include the signature, of the Management—
