RE: PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION

 

Development Application —- Development Permit for Material Change of Use — Multiple Housing
Type 4 Conventional (3 units) over land described as Lot 1 on RP66483 and Lot 1 on RP70165
and situated at 217 -219 Gympie Terrace, Noosaville

Martoo Consulting Pty Ltd has been engaged as the town planning consultants for the lodgement and
management of the above development application currently under assessment by Noosa Council as the
Assessment Manager under the Planning Act 2016.

In accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act 2016, the application is required to undergo public
notification, which includes giving a notice to the owners of all land adjoining the proposed development site.

The applicant hereby gives you notice of the above development application over land which adjoins your
property and wishes to inform you that you have the opportunity to examine the proposal in detail at
Council's offices. A copy of the public notice for the application is enclosed to assist you in this regard.

Should you wish to make a submission in response to the above proposal, the Planning Act 2016 requires,
among other things, that a properly made submission is made to the Assessment Manager and:

a) is in writing and is signed by each person making the submission; and

b) is received by the Assessment Manager on or before the date indicated by the public notice; and

c) states the name and address of each person making the submission; and

d) states the grounds of the submission and the facts and circumstances relied on in support of the grounds.
