Hello

Please pass this onto the CEO of Noosa Council, the Mayor and corresponding Councillors.

I have concerns with the Settlers Cove Resort Complex proposed changes of approval for the reasons stated below.

1. Significant increase in traffic (both during building and ongoing) where all vehicles will enter and exit via Grant or Katharina Street. Note that these roads can never be widened.
2. Loss of bushland, bio diversity and wildlife habitat.
3. Loss of neighbourhood amenity for existing residents.
4. Ongoing noise at all hours with a 24/7 resort.

I would appreciate to be informed of the outcome of this proposal and if there is any community engagement with this development before a decision is made.
