Tree 1 Species : Euc territicornus ( Tree to be retained ) DBH : 318mm TPZ : 7.2m radius SRZ: 2.67m radius Height : 20m plus Canopy : 10m approx Proposed driveway is 3.1m away from the SRZ and the construction type being roadbase / gravel has little or no impact on the trees viability for retention or continued health other than minor compaction. Tree 2 Species : Euc territicornus ( Tree to be removed ) DBH : 500mm TPZ : 6m radius SRZ: 2.57m radius Height : 25m plus Canopy : 10m approx This tree is in the propsed septic system area that has been designed by the soil engineer and will need to be removed

Tree 3 Species : Euc territicornus ( Tree to be removed ) DBH : 500mm TPZ : 6m radius SRZ: 2.57m radius Height : 25m plus Canopy : 5m approx This tree is in the propsed septic system area that has been designed by the soil engineer and will need to be removed Tree 4 Species : Euc territicornus ( Tree to be removed ) DBH : 400mm TPZ : 4.8m radius

SRZ: 2.3m radius Height : 25m plus Canopy : 5m approx This tree is in the propsed septic system area that has been designed by the soil engineer and will need to be removed Tree 5 Species : Melaleuca leucadendra ( Tree to be removed ) DBH : 400mm TPZ : 4.8m radius SRZ: 2.7m radius Height : 12m plus Canopy : 5m approx This tree is growing phototrphicly towards to the propsed pool and dwelling and due to the problomatic root system is marked for removal

Tree 6 Species : Melaleuca leucadendra ( Tree to be removed ) DBH : 400mm TPZ : 4.8m radius SRZ: 2.61m radius Height : 12m plus Canopy : 10m approx This tree is in the propsed pool and house build foot print and again is a poor species for the proximity to the structures Tree 7 Species : Euc territicornus ( Tree to be removed ) DBH : 400mm

TPZ : 4.8m radius SRZ: 2.3m radius Height : 25m plus Canopy : 5m approx This tree is in the propsed septic system area that has been designed by the soil engineer and will need to be removed Tree 8 Species : Euc territicornus ( Tree to be removed ) DBH : 400mm TPZ : 4.8m radius SRZ: 2.3m radius Height : 25m plus Canopy : 5m approx This tree is witin 3.5 m of the proposed pool and building and is growing phototrophicly to wards te proposed structures
Page 10
Tree 9 Species : Melaleuca leucadendra ( Tree to be removed ) DBH : 400mm TPZ : 4.8m radius SRZ: 2.57m radius Height : 10m plus Canopy : 10m approx This tree is too close to the propsed structures especially due to typical root issues with the species type. Observations This block already has an existing shed and the area for the driveway and proposed house site are already cleared for the most part and most of the heavy vegetation is on the bottom eastern side of the property towards the water. There is minimal variety in the species types with thew dominant species being the Eucalyptus territicornus followed by Corymbia intermedia and Melaleuca leucadendra and Pinus elliottii. To the client has delineated proposed structures and driveway and from this we have then identified the trees that either require removal or would be affected by the construction of all infrastructure. We have identified that no trees that are to be retained will require specialised tree protection methodology based on the current design. Kind regards
