Tree 9
Species : Melaleuca leucadendra ( Tree to be removed )
DBH : 400mm
TPZ : 4.8m radius
SRZ: 2.57m radius
Height : 10m plus
Canopy : 10m approx
This tree is too close to the propsed structures especially due to typical root issues
with the species type.

Observations
This block already has an existing shed and the area for the driveway and proposed
house site are already cleared for the most part and most of the heavy vegetation is
on the bottom eastern side of the property towards the water.
There is minimal variety in the species types with thew dominant species being the
Eucalyptus territicornus followed by Corymbia intermedia and Melaleuca leucadendra
and Pinus elliottii.

To the client has delineated proposed structures and driveway and from this we have
then identified the trees that either require removal or would be affected by the
construction of all infrastructure.
We have identified that no trees that are to be retained will require specialised tree
protection methodology based on the current design.
