I’m following up on the submission below and attached, and my subsequent phone discussion with Jasmine
(Planning Department) last Tuesday 20/01. Could you please advise if there has been any progress on this, and
when we might receive feedback from Council? When I spoke to Jasmine last week, I understood Council was
trying to determine if a pre-lodgement meeting was required for the proposed works. However, some time has
passed since that discussion, and we are keen to keep things moving.

Good afternoon

Please find attached documentation for pre-lodgement discussions with Noosa Council regarding proposed
carpark alterations at 3 Gibson Road, Noosaville. The proposed alterations include minor operational works on
Gibson Road verge. We are lodging this advice on behalf of Noosa’s Mary Gibson Showroom 1 (Body Corporate for
3 Gibson Road). Could you please forward this advice to the relevant Council department for review and further
discussion.

The attached documentation includes:
    Pre-lodgement form, including 3x requested meeting dates/times.
    Engineering Assessment Letter
    3x engineering drawings.

We understand there is a fee required for Council attendance at a pre-lodgement meeting. I believe this will be
$1,338 (incl GST) per the Fees and Charges advice on the NC website. Could you please confirm this amount is
correct, and how this is to be paid?
