Dear Kerri, 
 
Further to our discussion today, pursuant to section 32.5 of the
Development Assessment Rules, the applicant stops the current period
until Friday, 16th November 2018. This should allow sufficient time for
further advice to be provided by the hydraulic engineers and for the
matter to be reported to the Ordinary Meeting on 15th November 2018. 
 
It is understood that your preferred method for dealing with the
further hydraulic engineering advice is for Rob Stewart to provide draft
advice, which will be provided to Tony Shelly for review and discussion
with Rob Stewart. Further, the final form of the advice will not be a
joint statement as such, but rather a statement from Rob Stewart and if
necessary a separate statement provided by Tony Shelly, should there be
any areas of disagreement. Please advise if this is not the case.
