We are writing on behalf of our client Audrey Beth Butler who has recently purchased this
land. It is our clients intention to receive approval for Material Change of Use and
Operational Works for a industrial development on the above mentioned site. The site is
located in a new industrial subdivision of the current Noosaville industrial estate. The land is
zoned for Industrial Business and whilst the intended use of the tenancies is speculative at
this time, it will be consistent with the requirements for a code assessable development for
Type 2 Industrial Use.
