Dear Noosa Shire Councilors

Recognising this application, unlike its public advertising on site, has apparently been in place for some period of time, this nevertheless represents a further assault on the natural ecosystems in Noosa and impacts biodiversity. Whatever is there now will be lost!

Only a small amount of say, Koala, habitat is affected; another small amount, then another, then another etc etc and so on. Whatever is taken is not replaced, if ever, for many years.

How about we get the offsets planted now and tell the developer to re-apply in 20 years time.

Please reject this proposal.
