3.0 SITE DESCRIPTION

3.1 SUBJECT SITE


The subject site is situated at 45 & 47A Maple Street and 9 Myall Street, Cooroy and is described
as Lots 15 & 18 on C5605 and Lots 1 & 2 on RP99323.

The site comprises an area of 3,119m2 (by calculation) and is currently occupied by 2 dwelling
houses. The site has a road frontage to Maple Street of 45.3m and to Myall Street of 27m. The
development site is free of any native vegetation.

A copy of the site’s Contour and Detail Survey, prepared by JF&P, has been included in
Attachment 2.

The sites location and context is illustrated in the figure below:
