2.    REASONS NOT PROPERLY MADE

The reason why Council is not satisfied that the application is properly made is:

to commence:

2.    Give notice to the assessment manager that all actions in this action notice have been
      complied with.
Pursuant to the Planning Act 2016, the applicant is to take the action/s identified above within
20 business days starting the day after receiving this notice, or a further period agreed with,
otherwise the application is taken to have not been made in accordance with section 3.7 of
the Development Assessment Rules.
