Dear Sirs,

Re: Subs. 4 & 5 of Suburban Allotment 2 of Section 5, Town of
Noosa = Mitti Street, Noosa Heads = § « Ltd. and

C. & &. Balmoral Holdings Pty. Ltd.

Your applicatior seeking the consent of the Council to erect a
multiple dwelling of 12 units on the abovedescribed land was
considered by the Council at its December, 1981 meeting.

Council considered your amended plan accompanying a letter dated
27th November, 1981.

Objections wese received by Council against your proposal, but
after due consideration of all relevant matters, it was a decision
of the Council that it propose to approve the application subject
to the conditions as shown on the attached schedule. However, as
a@ result of the Council's decision, the objectors have the right of
appeal as prescribed by the Local Government Act and may within
thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of notification, appeal
against the Council's decision. In the event of such action
being taken, then determination of the applicatioa would be

within the province of the Local Government Court.

As required by the provisions of the Local Government Act, the
name and address of each objector is enclosed herewith.
