                       GST Act means A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999
                       (Cth).
                       Infrastructure Agreement means an agreement under Chapter 4, Part 4 of the
                       Planning Act.
                       Infrastructure Charging Instrument means a law or statutory instrument for
                       the levying of a charge for infrastructure.
                       Infrastructure Contribution means a contribution for infrastructure including:
                       (a)    A Financial Contribution; and
                       (b)    A Work Contribution.
                       Landowner 1 means the party so identified in item 4 of schedule 1.
                       Landowner 2 means the party so identified in item 4 of schedule 1.
                       Local Government has the meaning in the Local Government Act.
                       Local Government Act means the Loca/ Government Act 2009 (Qld).
                       New Club House means the new club house for the Cooroy Golf Course
                       sought to be approved by the Development Application and depicted on
                       Drawing Number 4 in Schedule 3.
                       Notice means a document to be given by a party or a person under this
                       document.
                       Owner means:
                       (a)  the parties identified in item 4 of schedule 1;
                       (b)  otherwise, for land the following:
                            (ili) the person for the time being entitled to receive the rent for the
                                 land;
                            (iv) the person who would be entitled to receive the rent for the land
                                 if the land were let to a tenant at a rent.
                       Planning Act means the Planning Act 2076 (Qld).
                       Proposed Seniors Living Community Development means that part of the
                       development proposed under the Development Application for which the
                       development permit for a material change of use of premises for multiple
                       housing — type 5 (relocatable) is sought.
                       Security means an Insurance Bond or Bank Guarantee, at the Developer’s
                       election in the amount of $9,375,000.
                       Work Contribution means the undertaking of works for infrastructure,
                       including any materials or services required for that infrastructure.
