Council Reference No.: OPW18/0341
Proposed Minor Change Application

We refer to the above project and submit for Council’s approval a Minor Change applications to OPW18/0343.

The proposed change is to replace the current Ecological Management Plan under the above approvals with the revised
EMP attached. The EMP has been developed by Gondwana Ecology in consultation with Council’s Connor Neville.

We understand the above constitutes a Minor Change to a Development Application – Minor matters and as such attracts
a fee of $2,218. As the applicant (Bluecare) is a not for profit organisation we request a fee reduction of 50% in
accordance with Council’s fees and charges policy. This would reduce the fee amount to $1,109. Payment is proposed
via credit card. Please contact Mr David Hudson (Bluecare’s Representative) on 0499 909 886 to arrange payment.

We request Council’s approval of the aforementioned design changes to OPW18/0341.
