The site is ideally situated to provide a spacious, desirable and relaxed rural setting for clients,
an engineering access study has determined McKinnon Drive can safely accommodate the
access traffic generated by the use, minimum noise impact will occur from the development,
and the on-site infrastructure has been appropriately upgraded to accommodate the use,
which is located in close proximity to a significant town centre.

The gaining of a Development Approval for the site will provide a clear direction for the
Sunshine Butterflies and their clients and facilitate further applications to seek funding.
