4 CONCLUSION A Stormwater Management Construction and Maintenance Plan (SMCMP) has been prepared to support the Operational Works Approval for Palm Lakes Retirement Community located on 2 & 4 Lamonts Road and 19 & 20 Trading Post Road, Cooroy. As per Framework Letter Report (No. B14158.W.07L dated 8 October 2015) the performance indicators (under general management, management of mosquitoes and cyanobacterial blooms) have been addressed during the each phase of the development (Design, Construction and Operational Phase). This has been determined in accordance with relevant local and state guidelines, previous approved documentation submitted by Calibre Consulting, and Council’s specific requirements. This report addresses conditions of approval items related to stormwater management during construction and operational phases of the development as outlined in Decision Notice (dated 22 July 2016). 5 RECOMMENDATIONS It is recommended that this Operational Works design for Stage 2 (including Central Basin and Southern Basin) be approved on the basis that acceptable outcomes have been provided during design, construction and operational phases for the proposed stormwater quality treatment devices With this submission we seek overall strategy approval for the balance stormwater management works which include the Northern Basin and Bio-Pod D2 and D3. 16-001014-02A | SMCMP | PALM LAKE RESORTS COOROY RETIREMENT COMMUNITY, TRADING POST ROAD, COOROY | 16
