SP246688) AND 57 MARY RIVER ROAD, COOROY (LOT 229 ON SP246604)

Please find enclosed a development application for a Material Change of Use to be assessed by Noosa
Council. In support of this application please find enclosed:

   ●   Town Planning Assessment Report prepared by Adapt Development Management;
   ●   Landowner’s consent;
   ●   DA Form 1;
   ●   Proposal Plans prepared by Blackwood Architecture and Design;
   ●   Civil Engineering prepared by Colliers (to be submitted separately)
   ●   Proposed Main Oval Lighting Plans prepared by MBE Services Group.

Payment of the $19,880.15 application fee will be made once a reference number and invoice have
been received. We thank Council for assessing the above application. Based on the information provided
in this application we respectfully request that Council proceed to issue a development permit.
