Hi

I have viewed the proposed plans for the car wash facility in Cooroy and I think they look great.  There has been a need for a car wash in our hinterland area for years so it is very pleasing to see somebody willing to invest in the service.  The dog wash facility will be a huge bonus to our communities also.

I think the proposed location for the business is ideal, being centrally situated and close to the service stations.  Entrance & exit from the facility being on side street & lane is also a positive point.

I fully support the development being approved and built according to the current plans.
