Hi Chris,

I would like to strongly oppose the implementation of any car wash being established on Elm Street. Cooroy is currently bursting at the seams with traffic flow through weekdays and at peak times on weekends unmanageable. The corner of the proposed site is of disruption. I would urge an independent valuation of the site outside of the developer to determine the impact.  I believe town needs road development before any more traffic is attracted into the area.
I fail to see how Cooroy will benefit from this, with additional congestion and no solution to current traffic congestion in that space it looks like a no win outcome. Let the town breathe and look to alternative options for the site.
