Further to your information request for the abovementioned development application we now
respond to all of the information requested. The following documents have been provided to
support the response:

   •   Attachment 1 – Amended Proposal Plans, prepared by AAA Design;
   •   Attachment 2 – Engineering Drawings, prepared by AAA Design;
   •   Attachment 3 – Response Letter, prepared by AAA design; and
   •   Attachment 4 – Topographic Survey, prepared by Focus Survey Group.



Council Issue - Plans
There is no boundary shown on the floor plans. The plans show natural ground level as
finished ground level. The site plan shows this site as 2 lots with an internal boundary line.

Information Required
    1. Provide amended plans that show boundaries with respect all buildings and
       floors.
    2. Provide amended plans that clearly show existing and finished ground level
       (even if same level).
    3. Remove the boundary line shown between the 2 dwellings and show as fence
       line”.
