Proposed Development
An estimation of the potential traffic generation has been forecasted from a first principles assessment based
upon operational information provided by QIC and F45 Training Coolum. The operational characteristics used
to establish the likely peak hour traffic generation potential of the tenancy are outlined in Table 3.
Cardno has also referred to the F45 Coolum schedule published online to inform the operations. A copy of this
schedule is enclosed outlining class start times. Where assumptions differ, Cardno has adopted those which
provide a more conservative assessment.

The trip generation for the F45 gym has been estimated based on the assumptions outlined in Table 3 above.
These include the following estimations:
             > 3 staff park all day, from start of the first class to end of the last class
             > 18 customers drive per class [30 customers x 60% driving car = 18 cars]
             > Where classes end and start in the same hour, sufficient parking for both classes will be required
Using the operational characteristics outlined in Table 3, an hourly profile for the F45 gymnasium trip
generation is outlined in Table 4 and 5 for Thursday and Saturdays, respectively.
