Figure 8 outlines the combined parking demand for the existing centre with the proposed gymnasium
development in comparison to the parking provision. As shown, a significant surplus is provided throughout
the day. At least 286 spaces on Thursdays and 478 spaces on Saturdays will be vacant at the peak trading
periods.
