EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The application seeks approval for a Material Change of Use for Motorcycle/Scooter Sales and
Repair and a Caretakers Accommodation. The Motorcycle/Scooter Sales and Repair has operated
from the site since 2013 and is considered an undefined use by the Noosa Plan.

The motorcycle/scooter repair component is consistent with the intended uses for the medium impact
zone, but the retails sales component is not intended for the area. Notwithstanding this, the retail
