Finance & Risk

A full review of the 2013/14 budget will be undertaken as at the end of March, and this will form
the basis for longer-term forecasts as part of the 2014/15 budget development. Where additional
allocations have already been identified, Managers and Directors will be seeking offsets from
elsewhere in the budget to defray any impact at an organisational level.
