Measure (Yes/No) APZ – Outer should have understorey managed (mowed) to Protection Area treat all shrubs and grasses on an annual basis YES (OPA) in advance of the commencement of the fire (refer Plate 3) season (i.e. September). Based on the results of the site assessment, I hereby certify that the relevant requirements of the approved Bushfire Management Plan (i.e. DFS Group 2015) have been incorporated into the development. It is recommended that compliance with the requirements of the approved Bushfire Management Plan is re-assessed once any future development occurs within the Balance Land. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any further clarification. Yours faithfully, JWA Pty Ltd Adam McArthur Associate/Principal Ecologist Ref: AM/Q15012/Lw1 JWA Pty Ltd 3
