Dear Sir/Madam,

RE:       Development Application for Material Change of Use to establish a Bar
          Units 1-3/9 Rene Street, Noosaville
          Lots 0, 1, 2 & 3 on BUP5337

On behalf of the applicant, Weir Distilling Company Pty Ltd, and in accordance with section 50 of the Planning
Act 2016, please find enclosed a ‘properly made’ development application for a Material Change of Use to
establish a Bar on the abovementioned site.

Please find enclosed the following in support of the application:
      •   Completed DA Form 1;
      •   Signed Landowner's Consent Forms; and
      •   One (1) copy of ADAMS + SPARKES Town Planning Report, including supporting information.

In agreement with Acting Director Environment and Sustainable Development, Leo Jenson, it is understood that
Council will waive the Impact Assessment application fee (and x3 multiplier) to apply the Code Assessment fee
in lieu. As such, an application fee of $8,525.00 in accordance with the 2021/22 Fees and Charges schedule will
be paid upon receipt of a tax invoice from Council.
