2 David Low Way - Attachment 5 - Traffic Engineering Report - TTM 10-8-17
Attached to the e-mail Reconfiguration of a Lot (1 lot into 6) - RAL17/0501.
7 Summary and Conclusion The proposed 6 lot residential subdivision provides access, future parking and servicing generally in accordance with the requirements of Noosa Plan 2006. The proposed access arrangements provide improved sight distance, consistent with the requirements of AS2890.1, as required by the Driveways and Car Parking Code. The proposed minor widening of David Low Way across part of the sight frontage provides for passing opportunities consistent with a basic right and left turn treatments (BAR and BAL) whilst maintaining the on- road cycle lanes. Based on the assessment contained within this report, TTM see no significant traffic engineering reason why the relevant approvals should not be granted.
