PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

APPLICATION MCU 16/0153 and REC16/0041

215 DAVID LOW WAY PEREGIAN BEACH

Dear Sir/Madam,

I write to submit my support for the development known as Essence of Peregian Beach.

The development will be a great asset to the area and the range of accommodation in both
the visitor and residential components will suit many of us that wish to live closer to the
Village. It will compliment the current works being undertaken by Noosa Shire Council on
the Western side of David Low Way, completing the development opportunities for this
under-utilised area for the benefit of all the community and businesses in Peregian Beach.

Yours faithfully,

                    h/ilTT
