RESPONSE TO INFORMATION REQUEST
DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR RECOFIGURING A LOT - SUBDIVISION OF ONE EXISTING LOT TO
CREATE TO TWO NEW LOTS OVER LOT 6 ON RP216711 AND LOCATED AT 33 ROSS
CRESCENT, SUNSHINE BEACH


I refer to the above application and the information request issued by your Agency and dated 18th
December 2020. This request listed 2 items that your Agency considered necessary to assess the
application. The applicant wishes to respond to your request as detailed below:

Item 1 - Please provide a full response to the latest version of State code 8 in its entirety, identifying
how the proposed development meets each performance outcome (PO).

Applicants Response – Please find attached a review of the proposal against the State Code.

Item 2 - Please provide a proposed survey plan that identifies a proposed building envelope for the new
lot. The proposed building envelope should be located as far landward as practically possible.

Applicants Response – The applicant considers that there is sufficient area on site to cater for a future
dwelling.

The applicant considers that they have now responded to Council’s information request. The Decision
Making Period has therefore commenced and we request that your Agency proceeds with its
assessment of the application as soon as possible in accordance with the Planning Act 2016.
