                   Seconded:            Cr Tom Wegener

                   That Council note the report by the Development Assessment Manager to the
                   Planning and Environment Committee Meeting 8 October 2024 regarding
                   applications that have been decided by delegated authority during the month of
                   August as per Attachment 1.
                   Carried unanimously.
