As part of the tender documents, the Contractor is required to submit a CPESC certified erosion and sediment
control plan and the works undertaken in accordance with all relevant environmental legislation. A certified
erosion and sediment control plan will be provided to Council prior to the commencement of the pre-start
meeting.
