RPORATE FOR NOOSA HARBOUR
inable Planning Act 2009, we wish to make application for
rks under the legislation that was adopted on 18 December,
1. IDAS Forms 1 and 28
2. Two full sets of plans including constructional details
3. Proof of the land owner
4. Concurrence response from Queensland Transport (Regional Harbour Master)
5. Resource entitlement from the Department of Environment and Resource
Entitlement
6. Required Fee for the application.
Please note the Queensland Transport comment refers to drawing JSP-SJ-23480 Issue
B and the site plan we have included with our application is JSP-SJ-23480 Issue C.
The site and elevation plans were amended at the clients request to include a new
abutment for the fixed catwalk to connect to so that it provided better access across
the structure. We have reduced the length of the new hinged catwalk to 8.7m but we
have not changed the position of the pontoon or piles.
Please advise when the bond is payable as the Body Corporate will be paying this
directly to Council.
We look forward to receiving correspondence from Council within the designated
timeframes pursuant to the Sustainable Planning Act 2009.
Yours faithfully
