TEWANTIN Qld 4565

Good morning Lisa,

Proposed Development – Industrial Building 5/8 Selkirk Drive Noosaville Qld

I am registering our interest in this application as spoken to you recently. I am the Noosa Domain Residents’ Association Chairperson, our address is 35 Walter Hay Drive Noosaville 4565. Our retirement village, which is across the road from this proposed development, is in the latter stages of development, and comprises 81 homes/units currently occupied

  * You have given assurance that there will be no additional buildings on the current site.
  * There will be no open windows, the building is airconditioned.
  *   Classes are Monday to Friday 7am-Midday & 4-7pm, Saturday 7am – Midday
  * There will be 24/7 access for unsupervised use and adequate parking.
  * There will be a creche available in the gym equipment room
  * There is planned a reception and front office

Obviously our interest is wrapped around the noise levels and you assure us that these are expected to be minimal.
I would appreciate your adding this correspondence to the application. And await your response in due course.

Regards
Carmel Porter – Chairperson
for the Residents of the Noosa Domain Village
