Consultation

External Consultation - Community & Stakeholder

Consultation and information has been sought with:

1.     Glen Frew, Senior Development Manager, Peet Limited - provided copies of
       correspondence documenting approval for street names in 2007.
2.     Max Watterson, Max Watterson & Associates - unable to supply any additional
       documentary information; verbally represented that Keith Cairns did the research.
3.     Keith Cairns, Senior Project Manager, Peet Limited - did not respond to inquiries.
4.     Kent Madders, WM Projects (Developer) - has recently taken over responsibility for this
       project and has verbally represented that he is in agreement to the proposed naming of the
       park as Fenwick Park.
5.     Brad Downes, SMEC Australia (Consulting Engineer) - confirmed that the public use land
       in Greenwood Grove had been handed over to Council in 2008 and that there were no
       proposed names on the survey plan of the subdivision.
6.     Linda Sivyer, Fenwick family representative - indicates that a park naming would be a
       satisfactory outcome to their place-naming request.
