Shop 15 is located within an existing building (Noosa Cine Centre) which consists of xxx
retail/shop/café tenancies. As illustrated in Figure 2 above and Figure 4 below, the surrounding
area of the subject site predominately encompasses Business and Retail uses of various scales.

The existing uses that are immediately adjacent to the subject site are Davidson Hair (Shop) and
the lobby area and toilets associated with the cinema (Theatre).

CAROLYNA CHASE PTY LTD is the registered owner of the site. Carolyn Kirby is the director of

further reference. The site is free of encumbrances.
