18   CAPITAL PROGRAM DELIVERY STATUS AT 30 JUNE 2016
     That Council note the report by the Asset Planning Coordinator to the Services &
     Organisation Committee Meeting dated 9 August 2016 providing an update on the status of
     the projects delivered in the 2015/16 Capital Works Programme and further note that Council
     achieved an 88% completion rate for its 2015/16 Capital Works Programme.


19   ELECTRIC BUS LEASE UPDATE - AUGUST 2016
     Item not dealt with by the Services & Organisation Committee. Referred to the General
     Committee for consideration.
     Reason for referral: Cr Wilkie requested further information be provided to clarify
     funding


20   PLANNING & INFRASTRUCTURE DEPARTMENT UPDATE - 4TH QUARTER UPDATE
     2015-16
     That Council note the report by the Director Planning and Infrastructure to the Services &
     Organisation Committee Meeting dated 9 August 2016 providing an update on operations of
     the Planning & Infrastructure Department for the period 1 April 2016 to 30 June 2016.
