              I support the application for the establishment of a shop (take away) at the above mentioned address. The use
             has planning merit in that it is.
                     o   Located within a precinct that at present has limited opportunities for workers meals and as such there is a need.
                     •   It is suitably located to enable walking lessoning the impacts of cars and reguirements for car parking.
                     •   All food      roducts sold are       roduced on site, and
                     •   Providing economic opportunities for employment and diversification of economic activities.
