1.0      INTRODUCTION
1.1      PURPOSE OF THIS REPORT
         Urban Catalyst 3 was engaged by Tim Olah to undertake an ecological assessment for a dwelling
         house and associated sheds proposed at 555 Louis Bazzo Drive, Pomona. The land is formally
         described as Lot 2 on RP806872.

         This report details the outcomes of the ecological assessment completed and has been prepared
         to satisfy the requirements of the Biodiversity, waterways and wetlands overlay code in the Noosa
         Plan 2020. This report is to accompany a code assessable material change of use development
         application to Noosa Council given the proposed works require vegetation clearing in an area
         mapped under Council’s environmental overlay.

1.2      SITE DESCRIPTION
         The development site is located on a 36.67ha rural property under freehold land tenure,
         approximately 4.5km east of Pinbarren and 5km northeast of the Pomona township (refer to
         Figure 1).

         The property supports a central ridgeline extending south from the northern property boundary
         through the centre of the site. Elevations across the property range between 85-120m AHD with
