2   MCU18/0157 - DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION FOR MATERIAL CHANGE OF USE FOR A
    BREWERY AND ANCILLARY BREW CAFE AT 130 EUMUNDI NOOSA RD, NOOSAVILLE
    That Council note the report by the Coordinator Planning to the Planning & Environment
    Committee Meeting dated 11 June 2019 regarding Application No. MCU18/0157 for a
    Development Permit for Material Change of Use for Industrial Business – Type 2 Production,
    alteration, repackaging & repairing (Brewery) and Entertainment & Dining Business – Type 3
    Bar (Brew Café), situated at 130 Eumundi Noosa Road, Noosaville and:
    A.   Approve the application subject to the conditions contained in the Ordinary Meeting
         Agenda dated 20 June 2019.
    B.   Find that the brew café is ancillary and complementary to the primary industrial use on
         site and will not adversely impact on industrial uses in the area and therefore is sufficient
         grounds to justify the decision despite the conflict with the Planning Scheme.
    C.   Note the report is provided in accordance with Section 63(5) of the Planning Act 2016.

    RETAIL BUSINESS TYPE 2 - SHOP AND SALON AND RECONFIGURATION OF A LOT
    (BOUNDARY REALIGNMENT) AT 34 ELM STREET, COOROY
    That Planning & Environment Committee Agenda Item 3 be referred to the General Committee
    due to the significance of the issue.

    HEIGHTS, NOOSA HEADS
    That Planning & Environment Committee Agenda Item 4 be referred to the General Committee
    due to the significance of the issue.

    MATERIAL CHANGE OF USE - ENTERTAINMENT & DINING TYPE 2 RECREATION
    AMUSEMENT FITNESS (FITNESS CENTRE) AT 26 PROJECT AVENUE, NOOSAVILLE
    That Council note the report by the Development Planner to the Planning & Environment
    Committee Meeting dated 11 June 2019 regarding Application No. MCU19/0007 for
    representations to conditions of approval for a Development Permit for Material Change of Use
    – Entertainment & Dining Type 2 Recreation amusement fitness (Fitness Centre) situated at
    26 Project Ave, Noosaville and:
    A.   Approve the request to change Condition 2 to read as follows:

         2.    Development authorised by this approval must be undertaken generally in
               accordance with the Approved Plans listed within this Decision Notice.
