Please find enclosed a combined development application for a Material Change of Use and Operational
Works to be assessed by Noosa Council. In support of this application please find enclosed:
    ● Town Planning Assessment Report and Code Assessment prepared by Adapt Development
        Management Pty Ltd;
    ● Landowner’s consent;
    ● Caretaker’s Accommodation Report prepared by the applicant;
    ● DA Form 1;
    ● Architectural Plans prepared by Elevation Architecture;
    ● Engineering OPW Plans, Turn Path Diagrams, Stormwater Management Plan and Waste
        Management Plan prepared by Barlow Shelley;
    ● Geotechnical Investigation prepared by Tectonic; and
    ● Landscaping OPW Plans prepared by Anembo Consultants.

Payment of the relevant fee will be made once a reference number and payment link has been received.
