Hi Cliff,

Yes I can confirm that as a registered certifier for UW that they will allow sewer and water connections as the site is
within their connection area for both sewer and water and that the proposed connections shown on the servicing plan
pass their prudency and efficiency test.

I also would like to mention that the servicing plan and statement provided addresses item 3 of the information request,
they have clearly not read it.
