Table 6-1 Assessment of Viewpoint 1: View from Tablelands Road
Description of the This view shows an unsealed road providing access to the proposal site from Tablelands Road. The
view site and neighbouring property are surrounded by mature bushland. The land gently rises along the
access road towards the proposal site, and also rises steeply to the right of this view to a local
highpoint. The bushland along the road and within the private properties enclose views to the
                       proposal site.

Description of the During construction vehicles would be seen travelling along the access road and accessing the site
Proposal at Tablelands Road. The access road would be retained and extended 25 metres to the southeast,
requiring some vegetation trimming in the background of the view. Construction activity at the
tower site would not be seen from this location due to intervening vegetation.

During operation this view would include the upgraded access road in the middle ground of the
view. the monopole would be fully screened by the intervening vegetation.

Visual Sensitivity This view has a neighbourhood visual sensitivity as it is located on a rural road and represents
views from a nearby rural dwelling.

Visual Modification The monopole would be screened by intervening vegetation. The view would include some minor
modifications to the entry driveway and possible glimpses to the removal of a few trees within the
site. Overall, there would be no perceived change in the amenity of this view .

Level of Impact Negligible visual impact
