3. Details of Submission
I (We), make the following submission:
 I oppose the proposed developement of high density housing development on the site of the old
caravan site at Peregian Beach, specifically due to the impact it will have to the community, such as
the long serving Community Kindergarten which has and continues to be an incredible asset to the
community. It is long serving establishments such as the kindergarten that contribute and benefit
  the community enormously. I strongly feel the proposal will destroy the atmosphere, privacy
     and safe environment of the area specifically the kindergarten that will be directly impacted by
        this development.
