Completed Projects
While the 2nd quarter continued to be impacted by wet weather and a heated construction market
with ongoing material shortages, lengthy lead times, pricing increases and contractor availability
issues; 45% of capital expenditure was completed this quarter. The Project Control Group and
Capital Works Executive have continued to enable staff and Council to make informed decisions
that relate to projects being delivered throughout the year.
This quarter has seen the successful completion of the following key projects:
Cooroy Belli Creek Road Bridge Renewal
Construction works have been completed and the bridge reopened to the public in December
2022. Contractor has been awarded practical completion.
