Key Comments Total Business Activity
Financial year to date performance for the Noosa Holiday Parks business activity is positive,
characterised by high revenue levels and a strong year to date operating surplus. The financial
performance results reflect Council’s commitment to business improvement and innovation in
order to drive high revenue outcomes, growth in visitation levels, operational cost efficiency and
visitor enjoyment.
Year to date visitation levels and occupancy results are trending at record levels, which can be
attributed to high consumer demand for camping and caravanning recreation, coupled with strong
operational management, a premium level of contracted management services and provision of
high quality service levels.
