Figure 1 shows that current financial year occupancy levels are trending the highest levels of
occupancy since 2017. Whilst Noosa River Holiday Park has historically delivered occupancy
levels that are above industry norms, the elevated occupancy levels at Noosa North Shore and
Boreen Point Campgrounds are the result of Council’s investment in strong operational systems,
the provision of high-quality management services, implementation of a robust facility
maintenance program and increasing popularity for tourist visitation to these regional areas.
