This is complemented with after-school inventor’s club and a student cadet program. Building a pipeline of local talent is taking place through structured, inviting opportunities and a welcoming and inclusive environment at the Digital Hub. How this is manifested and appreciated by families is demonstrated within parent/ carer anecdotes in Appendix A. There is attribution of 48% in terms of future career direction associated with the Digital Hub, with 42% unsure. This relative ambivalence could likely be attributed to the young age of some students, as this is also lower than the relevant fields in other questions and at odds with strong anecdotal support. 33
