The evaluators acknowledge the open support of Digital Hub Director, Chris Boden for this evaluation.
Chris provided open access to information, including the hub’s database to allow contact with
stakeholders. Our thanks also to Deidre Marczynski, a teacher and mentor at the Digital Hub, for her
assistance with the design of stakeholder and participant surveys.
The evaluators also appreciated the insight of Kim Rawlings (Noosa Shire Council) who explained her
experience applying a Social Return on Investment methodology within a Local Government context
at Knox City Council, Melbourne.
We greatly appreciate the contribution of many stakeholders who provided detailed and valuable
anecdotes about their experience working, networking and/or teaching and learning at the Digital
Hub. This contribution helped ensure reliability of findings and depth of appreciation of the many
social and economic benefits being generated through the Digital Hub.
